Midwest Bakery began in 2025 when Harrison Hoover was looking for work and his father, Travis Hoover, suggested putting his baking experience to work by selling cookies door to door.
Travis, a baker with more than 10 years of experience making cookies and all kinds of baked goods, each treat made from scratch. Harrison then set out through the winter and into spring, sharing their cookies with neighboring communities one door at a time.
Today, we are bringing Midwest Bakery to Sapulpa, where we hope to share delicious baked treats made with genuine, fresh ingredients—bringing happiness and joy to everyone who enjoys them.
While Harrison still will go door to door in the neighborhoods in the Bixby area, we are focused on selling and setting up in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. We even offer free samples from time to time. Come out and visit us when we are in person, we would love to meet you.
